Beer Description
Barrel-Aged Grisette-style ale. Bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces
“Minette Grisette”, or Little Gray Cat. The style brewed originally for Gray Stone Miners, and poured by women in gray. We are reminded of our favorite “little gray worker”.
With aromas of melon, tangerine, and white wine, the spritzy and full body is filled with flavors of stone fruit, white grapes, clementines, and soft oak. This beer reminds us that even something small can be very extraordinary.
