Beer Description
We used a killer hop blend in here, with a bit of a focus on the Waimea Hop from New Zealand—a big citrusy, resinous hop. This is one juicy, unbelievably aromatic pale ale that we double dry hopped with Citra, Citra cryo, mosaic, mosaic Cryo, Nelson Sauvin and a dash of Waimea hops. We can’t believe the body on this little 5% abv beer. Driven by big notes of citrus, pineapple, and white wine, that leads to a clean, soft, crispy finish, this is a beer you can crush all day.
