Beer Description
Our latest DIPA takes us west… way out west. As we continue to move through these uncertain times of woe and want, our desire to both carefully explore and refine what we do hasn’t changed. Given the apparent unabashed love of crisp, clean lager of all kinds by both us and you, this pathway eventually, just might could lead one down the dusty road straight to super clean, refreshingly crisp West Coast style DIPA.. or that’s what we think. So that’s what we did. Brewed with our base 2 Row and malted wheat, fermented with Chico, this beer is both dry and concise where others aren’t meant to be. Hopped with a classic cocktail of hand selected Amarillo, Cryo Simcoe, Columbus, and Chinook for bright sweet tangerine, pineapple, and soft pine.
