Beer Description
We love it when a good plan comes together, and Party Guy is the result of some thoughtful planning by our Brewing Team.
This recipe was inspired by a parti-gyle brewing technique, with a base originally made up of the second runnings from a batch of a much larger beer.
Rather than the boozy high gravity ale from which this recipe initially was spawned, Party Guy is a sessionable English-style Dark Mild Ale.
Medium-bodied and properly carbonated, with sweet coffee notes on the finish. And a good reminder that sometimes itβs a marathon, not a sprint!
