Beer Description
The latest in our frozen daiquiri inspired kettle sour series is layered with strawberry, mango & pineapple! Along with our usual hint of lime and milk sugar. Speaking of which, not all kettle sours we make have lactose, but for this particular series it serves as an important function to balance the acidity derived from the souring process and the fruit itself. Lactose also has a sweetness that’s more pronounced (as opposed to residual sugar left over from fermentation) and is a key ingredient in making this beer assume the guise of a frozen cocktail.
