Beer Description
Seven Stills took our sour Flanders-style beer, distilled it into whisky, and aged it in fresh American Oak barrels. After aging, we took those barrels and finished our beer in them, but added orange zest and amburana wood to give the beer some “Old Fashioned” cocktail characteristics to highlight the whisky barrel flavors.
