Beer Description
Some pallets are attuned to assessing a beer on its own; mine loves the interaction between the drink and a meal. I enjoyed Adroit Theory’s Imperial Stout with a Lengua Burrito. The flavors were magnificently blended; ready for the challenge and more than a match for a potent hot sauce. Given the ABV, I would have preferred a 12 oz bottle. (22 oz bottle; Bottled 11/27/19)
