Beer Description
Our “Vinous Series” recipes allow us to deconstruct the aromas and flavors of wine grapes and turn them into beer. The famous Mosel wine region and winding river in Germany is home to the steep banks of riverside vineyards where the Riesling grape is planted, producing the best representation of this grape in the world (with the Finger Lakes a close second!). We deconstructed the inherent aromas and flavors of Riesling by conditioning this beer on ridiculous amounts of milk sugar, pineapple, peach, limes, lime peel, and green tea. Our most radical beer yet, it is an absolute explosion of aromas and flavors with a thick, sweet, full-bodied mouthfeel leading to a tart, racy, mouthwatering finish. Keep cold.
