Beer Description
Reminiscent of a homemade jam in liquid form this beer was brewed it push many boundary and true goes into uncharted waters. This simple base beer ended up as anything but basic after in was soured in our kettle and with the addition of lactose. From there the beer fermented as normal before a ample addition of fruit purees and vanilla bean. This beer is tart yet sweet with big jammy notes.
