Beer Description
We combined a clean and crisp body more typical of a West Coast IPA with our favorite aspects of Hazy IPAs to create this juicy yet crushable haze. Some very unique Mosaic hop products – Incognito, LUPOMAX, T-45, and T-90 pellets – went into the brew along with Cashmere and El Dorado giving it heavy ripe mango, blueberry, and fresh pine character. There’s even more hopping to come with some freshly picked, San Jose grown Chinook hops going in on Monday making it one of the first wet hop brews – possibly the first! – on the market this year.
