Beer Description
We put MASSIVE additions of Mosaic CO2 hop extract in the kettle and ridiculous amounts of the freshest Galaxy, Mosaic, and Mosaic cryo in the dry hop. Intense aromas of mango, dank weed, tropical fruits, and even more intense flavors on the palate.
After The NYS executive order for substantial foodie he served at bars, our buds at Now & Later had to close their on premise location. So we got together with them to collab on one of our most insane IPAs yet for them to release in their retail location. Utilizing our concentrated lupulin process, we put MASSIVE additions of Mosaic CO2 hop extract in the kettle and crushed it with ridiculous amounts of the freshest Galaxy, Mosaic, and Mosaic cryo in the dry hop. This beer is the stickiest of the icky, intense aromas of mango, dank weed, tropical fruits, and even more intense flavors on the palate. It is an explosion of flavors and textures that are hard to put into words, we’ve never made a beer like it. Do not miss this one.
