Beer Description
Brewed with fluffy wheat and flaked oats and a touch of lactose—the hit with his favorites— Mosaic, Mosaic cryo, Galaxy, and Sabro in the dry hop. Juicy notes of mango, peach, pineapple, coconut and dank, ripe and soft, juicy palate.
Our assistant brewer, Bryant, loves to snack on Pizza Garlic Cheese Curds. He even texted our whole staff group thread about them. He picked the hop combo, and we debuted him on the label—a beer dedicated to the Curdman himself. Brewed with fluffy wheat and flaked oats and a touch of lactose—the hit with his favorites— Mosaic, Mosaic cryo, Galaxy, and Sabro in the dry hop. One of the best aromas ever in our beer, juicy notes of mango, peach, pineapple, coconut and dank, ripe and soft, juicy palate. There is no pizza, garlic, cheese, or pepperoni, or any pizza spices in this beer—it’s all just in the name!
