Beer Description
Stillwell #1 is our inaugural release from our brand new Tillamook facility, named after our new address in downtown Tillamook, at the corner of Stillwell and First Street. The beer is a Golden Ale made up of Pale Ale malt, biscuity Melanoidin malt, and floral, spicy notes from Mt. Hood and Sterling hops. A moderate hop finish balances the rich malt profile of this beer and copious dry-hopping gives Stillwell #1 an assertive hop aroma.
