“Slushie”-style Kettle Sour passion fruit, orange & guava. Brewed w/ over 5,000 lbs of fruit & a higher than normal finishing gravity to balance an elevated acidity level…hence “slushie” style.
Our first “Slushie”-style Kettle Sour, and what better than to take the template of passion fruit, orange & guava classic, Haole Punch. Brewed with over 5,000 lbs of fruit, and a higher than normal finishing gravity to balance an elevated acidity level…hence “slushie” style. The kicker though is that it’s quite balanced with an appropriate amount of residual sweetness, but the punch of passion fruit, guava and orange is completely over the top!
