Beer Description
If you’re feeling nostalgic about 90’s punk, or simply looking for a summer quencher, may we present So Long and Thanks For All the Limeberries, our gose collaboration with the soon-to-open Pherm Brewing. What is otherwise a straightforward Berliner Weisse is transformed by additions of strawberry and key lime puree, alongside an aqueous solution of sea salt and coriander. Prodigious wafts of jammy strawberry dominate the nose, but by no means drown out other aromas. Palate sensations of strawberry margarita are prevalent, fully supported by a pleasing saltiness that begs for another sip.
