Beer Description
For this brew, we took one of our base New England IPA recipes, and fermented it cool and slow with a blend of yeasts, including a classic German Hefeweizen strain. We dry hopped this with Citra Pellets & Cryo & Amarillo Cryo. Classic hefeweizen notes of spicy clove, banana, paired with big, juicy aromas of orange, peach, and mango. Hazy, soft, and juicy—a New England IPA with a farmhouse twist.
