Beer Description
Traditional Bavarian style, in Germany, is a high fermentation beer with 5.0% alcohol, refreshing, ideal for the Brazilian summer. The Bamberg Weizen is refermented in the bottle and it is not pasteurized, just like this style is traditionally done in their country of origin. Harmonizes with light dishes, salads, fish, seafood, Japanese cuisine, but culturally this beer is consumed in Bavaria with white sausage (Weisswurst) and Pretzel (Brezel). Ideal drinking temperature between 4 º C and 6 º C
