The Mind is Built Upon Memory. Our day to day habits and actions can occur without thought, as if by some natural force. Our views and ideas arise from our past experiences: what we were taught and what we learned. Built Upon Memory is a Double IPA that arose from the past, from our experiences and ideas. Hopped with a unique blend of Citra, Mosaic, Eureka and Columbus, notes of dank pine, juniper berries, ripe peach skins, wet straw, light lemongrass and sour apple find their way to your palate. Enjoy our past in your present!
