Beer Description
A saison with hints of spiced apple, ripe stone fruit, a good deal of tannins from the french oak, and a soft carbonation.
Barrel-aged mixed-fermentation saison.
A blend of 4 different wine barrels with different mixed culture saisons that aged between 6 to 12 months. Blended, and naturally bottle conditioned with brettanomyces. Cellared for an additional 12 months. The result is a saison with hints of spiced apple, ripe stone fruit, a good deal of tannins from the french oak, and a soft carbonation.
