Beer Description
Alright Alright Alright! Transmats are firing with our brand new crispy ale disguised as a lager! Brewed with a simple grist of Pilsner, vienna and Wheat, this realm bending beer was then fermented with a new strain of Norwegian Kviek yeast that mimics all the beloved characteristics of a lager, but in half the time! After fermentation we then dry hopped with a small dose of Nelson Sauvin+Motueka to add that little extra punch! Notes of unripe melon, fresh squeezed lime and lightly toasted sourdough bread, finish with a crispy and pleasant bite.
