Pours clear yellow-gold with a nice, frothy white head. Good nose, with notes of dry biscuits, grain and hay. Light to medium sweet flavor with good balance, nice biscuity malts, some grain husk, hay, mild bitter citrus rind. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Well balanced finale with light, drying bitter hay, cereal, biscuits, pale bread, tangerine rind. Exceptional. Well balanced, nicely rounded, very drinkable but with good depth and a bit of hippy kick
