The Black IPA has roots on the West Coast as brewers wanted to trick the mind. These ales were treated with Sinamar to get a dark beer without dark malts so as to retain the aromatics of the IPA. We dry hop ours with Chinook, Centennial and Cascade.

It was a dark and stormy night in Cork, Ireland. Two fools wander the road. Out of the dark comes the double punch. Our two fools continue their journey both sporting black eyes. The Black IPA has roots on the West Coast as brewers wanted to trick the mind. These ales were treated with Sinamar to get a dark beer without dark malts so as to retain the aromatics of the IPA.
