Beer Description
UNSEEN DREAMS is a collaboration with our friends at Unseen Creatures from Miami, Florida. We made a barrel-fermented table strength wild ale using both of our native cultures and aged it for 18 months before adding California Dream Cot Apricots. It was then naturally conditioned in bottles.
