A Bourbon Barrel Aged Barleywine collaboration with our friends from Sun King Brewing. Brewed with 100% Scottish Heirloom Golden Promise Malt from Simpsons Maltings this was a beast of a beer that was chock full of delicious malty and toffee notes with a sweet finish. After aging in freshly emptied bourbon barrels for the past year this beer is now exhibiting delicious notes of bourbon, caramel and malt
