Early doses of Nelson Sauvin & Mosaic in the fermenter offer aromas of sweet peach cobbler and chardonnay; further amplified by the addition of vanilla beans. A sharp lactic bite is quickly rounded out by oat and milk sugar. *CONTAINS LACTOSE*
Brewed at the peak of harvest season and conditioned with generous volumes of locally sourced dwarf-white peaches. Early doses of Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic in the fermenter offer inviting aromas of sweet peach cobbler and chardonnay; further amplified by the generous addition of both Mexican Pompona and Madagascar Sambava vanilla beans.
