The Silver Bluff Mexican Lager is a smooth, amber-colored beer with a surprising amount of flavor. Our recipe skips the adjuncts and uses only high-quality ingredients, so it has a particularly well-rounded and developed flavor. There are notable hints of biscuit and caramel from the malt, but the gentle lagering process keeps this beer light enough that it can still be enjoyed with a lime. (Personally, we think this beer is so flavorful and enjoyable it doesn’t need one, but it’s your call.)
