Beer Description
Apple Pie inspired ale with apple juice, lactose, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Is this beer a pie? No. Did it win a prize? Not yet. BUT it tastes like it could! Feel free to chill this one down in the fridge or on the window sill! We brewed this beer with juice from crisp, tart apples, and rounded out the biscuity malt-bill with a bit of milk sugar, and vanilla. The baking spices really make this beer something special. the subtle spice blend is perfect for fall.
