Barrel-Aged Saison Dry-Hopped with Loral.
Blend of 60% Barrel-Aged Saison and 40% Fresh Saison.
Aged in Wine Barrels / Stainless & Keg Conditioned
Loral is a Brett saison that was barrel-aged for 8 months and then blended back with 40% fresh Saison. The beer was then bottle-conditioned for 2 months.
The result is described as being dry, rustic, and effervescent with herbal notes and a touch of oak.
