Beer Description
Norwegian for yeast, kveik, is still used in many traditional farmhouse breweries throughout Norway. While the brewing traditions employed at many of these family run in-house brewing operations differs from ours, kveik allows us to explore the interaction between yeast and hops in a whole new manner. Apricot with a hint of lime, the stone fruit character of this yeast matches perfectly with the citrus and tropical heavy character of our hop selection. Wai’iti for lime, Azacca for berry, and Cashmere for citrus and mango
