We used 100% NY ingredients in our Kilsner. Judiciously hopped with Willamette hops from our friends at Penning’s farm in Warwick, NY just 36 miles from us. Combined with the 100% NY malt it’s the true taste of NY. Look for spicy, herbal and floral notes.
