Beer Description
Ashmeads Kernel Cider is ready for the equinox! We just can’t keep this cider in the cellar. Originally was going to part of a blend but early tastings made it obvious it was stand alone. Then we were going to age it but the bright lush fruit and soft tannins said “get me in some mouths”! So here it is. Ready for fall after a year! Hit us up and we’ll get you some. Our favorite apple for cider, wild fermented in oak barrels.
