Beer Description
Named after our good friend Gregg “Rhino” Paschke who was instrumental in building our brewery, this Russian Imperial Stout is packed with roasted grain notes and a slight dark fruit complexity followed by a warming alcohol character.
Aged for 9 months in a Columbian Rum barrel, this complex Russian Imperial Stout is crowned with a mild rum sweetness and oak from the barrel, and balanced out by a touch of alcoholic heat, coming in at 11.4%!
