Beer Description
Headless Harvest 2020 is our collaboration with Duncan’s Abbey in Tarrytown. We used their locally grown and hand picked Hops in this refreshing hop forward wet hop ale. The hop varietals that Duncan’s Abbey uses lends an almost Belgian character to this ale. Then we tossed a mountain of wet hops into the fermenter to extract even more of the aroma and hop character. Wet hop beers can only be done at harvest time so try this unique beer now or wait until next harvest season.
