Beer Description
Single decoction mash with 100% Weyermann Eraclea malt (grown near the Adriatic Sea northeast of Venice). Kettle hopped with Hallertau Magnum and Saphir then dry-hopped with strictly Saphir. Fermented with lager yeast, Fermentis SafLager 34/70. Lagered for 8 weeks. Dry, earthy, peppery, herbal, with a touch of floral and a pleasant bitterness. Crisp and drinkable.
