West Coast Pils
Coldest Beer in Town explores the subtitles of Mosaic that aren’t usually expressed in an IPA. We get more blueberry, tangerine, hints of pine, along with just a dash of peach. Layered in with aromatics of Mosaic are perfumey notes of opium, rose, lemon zest, and some herbaceousness from Tettnang, Grungiest, and a floral lager yeast. These lower-alpha german hops also build a structured mouthfeel and impart a balancing crispness to complement the honey-like pilsner malt.
