Beer Description
An incredibly pale lager that presents a gorgeous white head of long lasting foam (for your slow pour needs) w/ subtle floral aromas & a light grainy sweetness balanced by a high effervescence.
You can’t collaborate with Highland Park and NOT brew a lager. These guys have inspired us so much with their insanely delicious lagers that we had to pick their brain and learn from their approach. For Bonus Lager we’ve focused on crafting an American Pilsner! We’ve used a small amount of flaked corn in traditional ‘Merican fashion, and employed stateside Noble-type varieties Zuper Saazer and Sterling into the boil and whirlpool. The result is an incredibly pale lager that presents a gorgeous white head of long lasting foam (for your slow pour needs) with subtle floral aromas and a light grainy sweetness balanced by a high effervescence. So refreshing, so simple…lager on friends!!
