Beer Description
This edition of Inherit the Stars has several significant changes from its predecessors. First and foremost, it’s now 8.0% ABV! We made the grain bill richer with some hearty red wheat and a touch of munich malt to lend a beautiful orange hue. The yeast strain has been switched up to White Labs’ London Fog, which has shown great results balancing hop aromas and malt sweetness in hazy beers. Finally, we turned to the southern hemisphere for hops and found some Nelson Sauvin, which we paired with Mosaic for dry hopping. The end result is a big, pillowy beer showcasing aromas of peach, strawberry and dragon fruit and flavors of ripe strawberry and orange creamsicle.
