Beer Description
Fragrant orange zest hits your nose before you even take a sip, it’s joined w/ hints of cocoa & nutmeg. Pineapple combines wonderfully w/ the layered malt profile & flavors of caramel, toasted marshmallow, toffee & a restrained, espresso character
This dessert-y stout was inspired by the iconic Baked Hawaii from Liholiho Yacht Club. Fragrant orange zest hits your nose before you even take a sip, it’s joined with hints of cocoa and nutmeg. Pineapple combines wonderfully with the layered malt profile, and flavors of caramel, toasted marshmallow, toffee, and a restrained, espresso like roast character. A dash of vanilla adds additional richness (because double digit finish gravity just isn’t enough) and boosts the tropical fragrance. A uniquely tropical pastry stout.
