A classic lighter Belgian style, historically brewed with the second runnings after brewing a strong ale like a Tripel or Golden Strong in a Monastery. Our Single is brewed with full flavored continental Pilsner malts, Hallertau Mittelfruh and Savinjski Golding hops, and a classic Belgian Trappist yeast strain
