Earthy aromas remnant of Cab Franc, balanced by floral and fruity nose of semi-ripe stone and tropical fruits. Dry hopped aggressively with Mosaic and new, experimental, staff favorite HBA-016. Sharp tannins accompany a lactic bite upfront, quickly foiled by leathery fruit, lactose and soft rolled oats. Subtly spiced; a perfect accent for your holiday table. *CONTAINS LACTOSE*
