Soured in the kettle and brewed with Lactose before being conditioned on tons of Cheesecake+Graham Cracker with a healthy dosing of Blackberry+Black Cherry Purées to round it out. // Pleasantly tart with notes of blackberry jam, tons of cream cheese, and some freshly baked graham cracker crust. Flavorful, creamy without being too heavy, and surprisingly refreshing!
