Beer Description
Named after the patron saint of shift brewing, this Belgian Amber Ale presents a nice caramel and biscuit malt backbone. It has just the right amount of hops to balance the sweetness of the malt and showcase the Abbey yeast. Fruiting esters of plum and raisin add to the complexity of this beer.
