Full-bodied Scottish Ale aged in whiskey barrels.
For such a silky tasting and easy drinking Scottish Ale, Fireside has a rather complex malt bill with roasted Barley, Munich, Crystal, and smoked Cherry. Complemented with dark brown sugar and molasses, the result is a delicious caramel sweetness with just a hint of smoke, in a lighter bodied ale that isnโt overpowering or filling and warms you from the inside out all night.
