Beer Description
This hoppy and smooth personal favorite was originally brewed under a different name (more on that here) for our good friends over at New Jersey Craft Beer for their launch party back in 2011. It was not only my first attempt at the newly emerging Black IPA style, but also the first from-scratch recipe I developed. It was a hit at the party and as a result, made it into my regular brew schedule to perfect the recipe.
