You Bartender! Jobu needs a refill! So, this trans-Atlantic project brings you a special beer to commemorate Cleveland’s 5th annual Beer Week! De Proef Brewery is happy to support the celebration of beer in Cleveland with this Belgian Rye IPA brewed with Citra hops and fermented with Westmalle yeast. Belgium is a country where beer is truly respected, honored and celebrated, so we are proud to be a part of the celebration of beer in Cleveland. This beer is refermented in the bottle, so it will change and evolve over time. Enjoy it now and later! Special thanks to Palo Alto Brewing for recipe development.
