Beer Description
Brewed w/ Nelson Sauvin & Riwaka hops for an incredibly pale color & brilliant clarity. Passion fruit & guava notes are front & center along w/ the signature Southern hemisphere dank/diesel bite.
Taking inspiration from some of Burgeon Beer’s progressive West Coast IPA’s, this collaboration is brewed with Nelson Sauvin & Riwaka hops, and 100% Pilsner malt for an incredibly pale color and brilliant clarity. It presents as moderately bitter, with a dry finish and an intense, thiol-heavy aroma and flavor profile. Passion fruit and guava notes are front and center along with the signature Southern hemisphere dank / diesel bite.
