Beer Description
This blend contains beer aged in white and red wine barrels, with a small, young un-oaked component blended in for balance. Fall flower honey added, which produces small, fluffy bubbles and a floral hint.
Batch 2 is an aged extension of Batch 1, containing a large portion of the same exact beer, but aged another year. This blend contains beer aged in white and red wine barrels, with a small, young un-oaked component blended in for balance. We once again selected our favorite Fall Flower honey from Waid’s Honey in Interlaken, NY to bottle condition this beer, produce small, fluffy bubbles that we love out of honey, and to also add a floral hint.
