Beer Description
This IPA celebrates citrus forward hops with a tropical tilt – Simcoe, Citra, and Motueka. The lovely, pungent lime is back & supported by a peach rings/gummy bear thing, a hint of passionfruit & the delicate herbal NZ terrier to round it out.
This IPA celebrates citrus forward hops with a tropical tilt – Simcoe, Citra, and Motueka. We used a slightly different lot of Moteuka for this beer (and itβs wwwaaayyy better than what we had before). The lovely, pungent lime is back, and supported by a peach rings/gummy bear thing, a hint of passionfruit, and the delicate herbal NZ terrier to round it out. The classic combination of Citra and Simcoe backs that up with a higher oil content, and tons of sweet grapefruit flavors along with a bit of apricot and mango.
