Beer Description
Lots of El Dorado to get a dank base & split the dry hop w/ El Dorado & Mosaic to build on those fruity, tropical notes. The Mosaic adds peach, blueberry & a waft of cotton candy to the mix.
We loaded up the kettle with El Dorado to get a dank base, and split the dry hop with El Dorado and Mosaic to build on those fruity, tropical notes. The Mosaic adds peach, blueberry, and a waft of cotton candy to the mix. Pilsner malt, along with lots of oats and wheat make a chewy mouthfeel to balance the firm bitterness from all that El Dorado in the kettle. This one tastes very purple to me.
