Beer Description
Brewed with Pilsner and malted wheat and soured with Lactobacillus in stainless before going to the kettle. Once in the kettle, a small amount of Czech Saaz and lactose are added to balance the acidity. It’s then fermented with house ale yeast and a bunch of blueberries and raspberries.
